The Brief
Creating a new suite of tools to help customers quickly and easily set up a foreign exchange account.
The Approach
We needed to start from scratch, creating new, intuitive services wrapped around the customer without preconceptions or existing models. Setting up and transacting on the existing platform was frustrating and time-consuming – instead it needed to be simple, quick and elegant, with the ease of iTunes and the transparency of FedEx to allow streamlined money-transferring across all devices.
The Work
We created an intuitive, end-to-end solution that could be personalised to the user, with simple, elegant functionality like drag and drop that had never been seen in the market before. In short it revolutionised the sector.
