During the session, our CEO Peter Veash and Head of Customer Experience Veronica Naguib talked about the difficulties around achieving a truly omnichannel experience and how BIO have worked with leading telecoms brands on transformation projects. This was followed by an interesting panel discussion with Iñigo Perez, Digital Strategy and Transformation Senior Manager at Vodafone, and Jagdev Panesar, Decisioning Strategy Lead at BT Consumer. They talked about the challenges for creating an omnichannel future, how far it’s necessary to go and whether they’re seeing tangible results as they implement change.
