Veronica Naguib - Biography - BIO Head of CX
Veronica heads up the CX team at The BIO Agency, transforming services, both digital and non-digital. She has a background in both Service Design and UX and, at BIO, she has fused these disciplines together to deliver world-class customer experience. Her CX team is leading the industry in its move from designing experiences focused on usability, to delivering end-to-end, service-led experiences.

She has worked with many commercial and government clients including TfL, NHS, Bupa, Sony PlayStation, Vodafone, Savills, Battersea Power Station, GSK, British Gas, Channel 4, the Ministry of Defence, Lloyds, BAE Systems and Greyhound Buses.

CX is not real CX if it’s without insight, co-creation and validation. It’s vital to keep our practice evidence-based rather than using assumptions and best practice. It permits us to push new innovations as far as we possibly can whilst minimising risk
